Compassionate In-Home Pet Euthanasia in Houston, TX
Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the hardest things a family can go through. At CAWLM Veterinary Hospital + Spa, we want to make that final moment as peaceful, loving, and comfortable as possible — for your pet and for you.
Our in-home euthanasia service allows your pet to pass gently in the place they feel most safe and loved: at home, surrounded by family. One of our CAWLM veterinarians will come to you, so you never have to worry about a stressful car ride or an unfamiliar environment during such a tender time.
What to Expect
Our veterinarian will arrive at your home at the scheduled time and walk you through every step of the process with care and patience. There is no rush. You are in control of the pace, and we are there to support you completely.
The process is gentle and peaceful. Your pet will first receive a sedative to help them relax fully, followed by the final medication. Most pets simply drift off to sleep, free from pain or distress. You are welcome to hold your pet, speak to them, or simply be present — whatever feels right for your family.
Aftercare Options
We can help coordinate aftercare for your pet's remains, including private cremation, communal cremation, or other arrangements. Please ask our team about the options available to you.
Who Is In-Home Euthanasia Right For?
